Hi, I’m Katie. Habitual Googler. Need-to-knower. Equal parts curious and practical.

I think about content as a foundation people rely on, especially when they’re already a little stuck or overwhelmed. My job is to get them unstuck and on their way to solutions.

I focus on clarity, structure, and usefulness so people can find what they need quickly and actually understand it when they do. A lot of my work has been about untangling messy systems, simplifying dense information, and building content that holds up over time, not just at launch.

I’m especially drawn to complex spaces, where things are high stakes and often confusing. That’s where good content makes a real difference. I try to balance accuracy with empathy by making sure information is technically correct, but also clear and human.

At the end of the day, I care about helping people feel a little more confident and a little less frustrated when they’re trying to get something done.

Outside work, I’m an avid reader, a garden MacGyver, an amateur baker, a DnD GM, and always dreaming about my next trip with my wife.
